From a $10k budget to a $100k budget, we will match you with the right design, vendors and venues to create your dream wedding. My client’s happiness is my ultimate goal!

The Process

Initial Inquiry to Meet & Greet

After you submit your initial inquiry, you will have the option for an up to 1 hour free consultation with our owner to discuss all of our services, what you are looking for, and your budget. These are typically done telephonically or by Zoom. In this session, you can ask questions, share ideas, and get great feedback for your wedding day.

Receive a Proposal

After your meet & greet, you’ll receive an official proposal based on the services you’ve requested. Your first service will be our advertised price, but any additional services may qualify for 10% off discount, in addition to waived delivery fees. The proposal will also include your contract and payment schedule(s).

Book Your services

Once you’re ready to move forward, you go ahead and make your deposit, and you’re booked! Because we’re a small team, we have a limited amount of services we book on 1 calendar date. Our average client books 3 days after their Meet & Greet. It is extremely difficult to turn away clients, so we highly recommend booking as quickly as possible! We accept multiple forms of payments and also create custom payment schedules to help our clients with booking.

Begin your journey!

Depending on the services you booked, the process may start right away. With planning, we typically like to get our first planning session on the calendar up to 2 weeks after your initial booking date. With floral, we’ll have an official design consultation up to 3 weeks after your initial booking date, with a follow up 1 month before your wedding. Day of Coordination includes 2 planning sessions, the first to gather information and a preliminary schedule up to 1 month after your booking date, and the final 1 month prior to your wedding date. Officiating and ceremony planning happens up to 1 month prior to your wedding date.

We will set up, decorate, and make sure your event is as wonderful as you are! Sometimes we have tiny helpers :)
