Meet & Greet: We hope to call it love at first sight! Our up to 1-hour free consultation is where we can meet to make sure the chemistry is right. We want you and your partner to feel as confident as we do that we can assist you in making your day as special as it should be. This meeting can be in person depending on distance, or on Zoom, Facetime, or telephonically.

• Planning Sessions: By Zoom or in person (depending on availability and distance), these planning sessions focus on the overall vision for your wedding down to the details. We make sure we are bringing your vision to life within the budget you’ve designated. Most weddings have a total of 7 designated planning sessions.

• Vendor Recommendations: We have amazing contacts and can provide you with recommendations based on your desired style and budget for all of your vendors. We also advise you if we have had a not-so-positive experience with a vendor. We also let you know what the average cost per each vendor should be and the services you should expect with each vendor.

• Monthly Timeline A timeline task list that coordinates with what needs to be done for your wedding, and when.

• Design + Floor Plan: We help you make sure your event has a natural flow through the venue. We help you create your floor plan and distribute it to all of your vendors. This is a huge piece of the puzzle that you don’t have to worry about!

• Dress Rehearsal + Final Walkthrough: We direct your wedding rehearsal. Please note that depending on your venue location, a travel fee may be added to your package. Due to scheduled events, the rehearsal date is dependent on availability of Artmingo Coordinators, your wedding venue, your schedule, and your wedding party’s schedule, and it may not take place the day before your event. We also include our final walkthrough at this time to ensure that the floor plan and flow of the event makes sense in your venue.

• Timeline Planning, Advise, and Management: We create a customized schedule with you to ensure that the event is happening the way you expect! We are there to assist you ensure that the event runs smoothly.

• Staffing: To ensure your event runs smoothly, we are able to staff your event properly. We can advise the best ways to do this, and work with the venue and catering team to ensure that everyone has their role and responsibilities for the day.

• Transportation + Hotel Blocks: We can assist you with booking any needed transportation and hotel blocks for your event.

You also receive:

• Up to 12 hours of service on the wedding day.

• A customized timeline that we will provide 6 weeks prior to the big day, and finalized 2 weeks before the event

• A customized budgeting sheet so you can keep track of each vendors’ cost and what you’ve spent overall.

• Multiple follow ups with your vendors.

• Monthly check ins to make sure everything is on task (as we get closer to the event these become weekly check ins)

• Dress Rehearsal plus we can assist with booking the restaurant of your choice

• Responsibility/Itemized checklist for your day.

• Content Creation We also take videos and pictures from our point of view, and deliver them to you in the days following your event. We love to capture special behind the scenes moments!
